hello there is mod called downloads my freind install this mod on his site when users upload the audio mp 3 file  the mp 3 file automatically play the song with flash player you can check out here

He used the freely available Downloads System by vbgamer and he embedded a Flash code.

Also, with this (http://livemods.net/index.php?action=mods#27), you can get a player with your MP3 songs.

In addition, Aeva Media support the same.
