Title: Notications - PM instead of Email

I'm requesting a mod that anyone can use. This mod sends a PM instead of email on all notifications except the admin related ones.

Especially on replies, but what kind of impact would this have on performance?

Hello again Xarcell.

So basically, you'd like notifications on topic actions to be sent to PM instead of email, is that correct? Action such as lock/unlock, sticky, remove, move, and reply.

To answer your question of whether or not it would be a performance hit, I don't see why it would be a major slowdown. By major I mean noticeable to the average Joe. Some geek who's obsessed over microseconds would see one.
