Neither header style or inner style are showing up?

I can now see the star ratings on the forum index, but nothing on the posts themselves for either the inner or title versions... nor do I see a way to rate a thread. I am guessing the permissions arent set right perhaps?

I can now see the star ratings on the individual posts. I can even hover over them which causes them to increase in number... but I still can't select a rating. Clicking does nothing.
EDIT: I just checked the header style post... I see 'NO RATING' or what not so I think it should appear as normal when the posts get ratings.
EDIT #2: Oh... and may I suggest with the inner style you move the ratings stars eiither up above the hairline up top... or do what I've done with the ratings non-pro (and would do with the pro if I got it)... move it down to the bottom. It looks much better down there IMHO...

Oh... and if you made an option to put the stars under the social icons at the left ... that would be INCREDIBLY awesome... perhaps with the stars above and the text associated with the stars below?
something like:

text here
That would be WIN bigtime IMHO.
