I'd be interested in having an announcement mod which will allow the admin to display an announcement to a specific membergroup(s) and / or specific member(s) via Jquerry Inline Window. The admin can set wheter they need to confirm to have read the mod before it stops from displaying.

IP Board does have such a feature
